US industrial distributor and service provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can also be a full-service supplier of all forms of rotating gear, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 staff.
The acquired business will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory coverage, high product strains and adding extra service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost sixty five places throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
